MARTIAL ARTS

Starting at the age of six, Casey trained in Tai Kwon Do based extreme martial arts (otherwise known as sport karate). Their background in this dynamic performance style martial arts not only gave Casey a space to develop their athletic abilities but during their time as an elite athlete they also learned how to teach and be a mentor. The difficult lessons learned and the style of the movement itself continue to influence their work today.
